  Fame Academy - BBC

  well this is a programme that we would not normally watch, but.... our eldest son's best friend is on - paris - it is really strange watching him.. how sad are we - we are even watching bbc3 at 7pm, just to catch a glimpse of him, ( i am sure that the novelty will soon wear off)!!!!

  oh well.... thought i would post this little piece of useless information.

  hey guys,.

  my girlfriend dragged me into her yoga class.

  loved it.. i think the wt said that yoga was bad.. at first i was weary, because i always viewd yoga with being a sin.. but then i realized.... stretching and excercise is not a sin.. .

  A Sad Note

  just discovered today that a woman named melissa died last week.

  she worked at the village pantry c-store next door to the mission where i am staying.. apparently the next door neighbor broke into her house, raped her, tortured her for at least 2-3 hrs, then stabbed her 57 times and then slit her throat.. i was shocked to find this out this afternoon as i was getting ready to wait on the bus (i'm posting now at the radio shack store where i quickly check on my email and take a quick peek at the forum.).

  the girl was only 22 years old.. the cops knows who did this and they're looking for him.

  a 53-year-old jehovahs witness has been sentenced to 12 years imprisonment at isleworth crown court this week, after being convicted of six counts of rape and one of indecent assault on a young girl in hanworth.. eric james richardson, from nottingham, was convicted and sentenced yesterday, after the court found him guilty of raping the girl over a period of three years at an address in hanworth.. the rapes occurred between 1988 and 1991 but the met's child protection team only began investigating the case when the victim approached police in june 2002.. the victim of the allegations, who is now 26, had become concerned that richardson might offend again, and had decided it was time for her to speak up.. richardson, a jehovah's witness, had gained the trust of the victim through his attendance at a jehovah's witness church.

  Witness sayings

  as i was growing up in the troof.

  there were sayings used over and over again to control my behaviour.

  the biblical on bad associations spoil useful habits and another on just because everyone else does it doesnt mean you have to do it to, would you jump off a cliff just because other people do what were the sayings that bugged you?

  i will never forget a talk at the assembly where the speaker had a 6 year old child on stage,.

  and the experience went something like this.. while at school, the child said something to another schoolmate to the effect of ............................. "i cannot associate with you, because bad association spoil useful habits.".

  "and if you don't serve jehovah, you will be destroyed at armageddon.".

  thanks to the policies of j-dud central a lot of people have less than satisfying jobs.

  i am one of the fortunate few who loves what he does.

  i work for the rich and famous and get to travel a lot.
