Every time someone posts a comment defending inaction, it makes me laugh... doing absolutely nothing produces that same effect. Not one, and mean not one poster can show me where they did nothing and their families magically left the organization... and again, as I've said numerous times, there's more than one way to skin a cat.

She is allowed to get a "Biblically" sanctioned separation, not a divorce...
For a small fee( to a Third-party lawyer) most BOE's will gladly upgrade your seperations to divorce. Slander and mis-representation optional.

Dawg, it is quite useless discussing with you the "slow and careful" approach if you don't at least take the time to understand it. All of these men worked very hard to get their families out. There are many others, often "Unbelieving Mates" (UBM) whose partner recently started studying. They post for a few weeks or months, absorb the pointers, and get their partners out.
As you know, in the early days the study is warned that they will get opposition, and that this is from "satan". So if the poor UBM freaks out on their partner, the society confirms what they are teaching, and the UBM is cut out and dismissed. The early days are definitely the time for careful intervention.

Latest update...
Wife went to the beach yesterday with me and about 30 worldly people... she was a little standoffish at first but then relaxed and was friendly to a few people.. there was a Lesbian couple there kissing, that kinda grossed her out but I think it was good for her to see that these are normal people... I was surprised at how modest many of the women's bathing suits were... for a bunch of demonic worldly people I was expecting more exposure, lol...
And I am going to a park concert today with four other exJWs.... she would have been willing to go but she has a family obligation and can't... but the fact that she would have been willing to go someplace where "evil apostates" would be present is a huge breakthrough... I'm going to keep on pushing for that.... at another event.
