How embarassing...
by wombat inimagine starting a topic and hardly anyone replies.
and you have to keep bumping yourself to the top because of either your ego or passion for the topic.. unc did a number on this a couple of days ago but it was too subtle.
(unlike him).. i have no passion for this topic.

Are you paranoid about posting?
by wombat inpoor jwfacts got sprung when the jw trawlers were able to join the dots.. no, that's wrong - they knew it was him but it took something else for them to be able to prove it.. i am not game to post a bio about myself.
my jw siblings are very litigious.
one even sued another jw for libel.

and the big sweetener was the exchange rate.
prospective workers owned homes worth about (pounds)160,000 to 190,000, or about $450,000.

Boring
by wombat in.
i love this site but, for an australian, it's pretty boring until the yanks wake up..not knocking you poms...i just replied to clam who always keeps things going.. so by the time that our american friends get out of bed i am out of it and miss out on the fun.. because i have nothing intelligent to say, i will make the following pointless comments.. "give a man a fish and he will eat for a day.......teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat with a bunch of mates and drink beer and tell lies all day".. "necessity is the mother of strange bed-fellows".

Paragraphs - just do it
by wombat ini am not being picky or having a go at anyone.. i love this site.....it is my distraction at the end of the day and there are so many wise comments that i love to think about.. but too many of you compose posts with huge paragraphs.
it's like opening the page of a 'phone book.. when i see such a post, i know it is going to be too hard for me to find the place on the screen if i am distracted..........so i don't even bother to read it.. if you want someone to read what you are writing, make it easy for them.
otherwise the potential reader's eyes will glaze over when they see a humungous "telephone page" and they will skip on to something easier to read.. i know that i do.. when you have a new thought, start a new paragraph.
