Treating Fibromyalgia with a Serotonin Uptake
by Sentinel ini've been suffering with fibromyalgia since about 1986, but was not diagnosed until 1997. for the longest time the only course of treatment (since there is no cure) is the use of strong pain killers.
i opted not to take that route.
someone recently posted something on here regarding this malady, and it got me to thinking and doing more research.

A Hug from a stranger...
by Sentinel inyesterday was an odd day for me.
i have been having an ongoing attack of my fibromyalgia, supplemented by ibs.
i was home from work and trying to just hang out and relax, when i decided it would be a good thing to go to the local "hair cuttery" and get a wash and trim.

Operation Set Next Month
by Sentinel infinally, today, we not only got our "second opinion" about the large cyst in hubby's chest, but the thoracic surgeon has set the surgery for it's complete removal, a month from today.
we are so very relieved at this point.
he is a qualified doctor that actually took time to listen to us and answer all our concerns.

Osama's Physician is Surrounded
by Sentinel inthe big news on tv right now--and it's dark on that side of the world-- is that the afghans have corraled the #2 man right next to osama.
this is a very intelligent egyptian physician who travels with him all the time.
it is not known whether osama is with him or not right at the moment.

Mohammed Gets Death
by Sentinel inthe final ruling just came down from judge millette for his sentencing, and he upheld the jury in their death penalty verdict.
this place is a media circus.. i can see everything from my third floor office window.....attorneys for both sides, jury members and family members of those killed being interviewed.
i'm told mohammed showed no remorse at all.

Thirty Pieces of Silver
by Sentinel incoming up this monday evening, i hear there is a tv movie called "judas".
the previews look enticing.
the story basically the "same ole, same ole", but decidedly sympathetic toward jesus close friend, and not nearly as sadistic as gibson's production.

Our Ginger and Rainbow Bridge.... :(
by Sentinel ini have been remiss in posting any updates on my home situation, with my husbands health issues.
and now, another stressful event has occured, and our beloved "ginger" (three year old cat) will be put to sleep on the 29th.. hubby has been undergoing test after test, and meanwhile has been admitted to the hospital here twice.
the first time was related to the growth in his chest and his ventral hernia; the second time was due to a seriously infected cat bite.

Remembering my Dad...
by Sentinel intoday marks the third anniversary of the passing of my dad.
age 79. heart problems, stroke, and then burst artery in his heart.
one of the most painful ways for a human being to die.. despite our disfunctional life, i remember the good and let go of the stuff that brings me sadness.

Stupid, Dumb,....of all the things I've ever done.....
by Sentinel inlast night (of course, night..it had to be night) i was using a small plastic bathroom cup, and also walked over to flush the toilet.
suddenly, the cup slipped from my fingers and was sucked into neverland.
the most horid feeling came over me, and i thought "that cup is not going to go down".
