I got quite emotional reading that (and it doesn't happen often). I hope with all my heart that things turn out well in the end. In your heart you know you are right, you still love God? Pray about it. Sadly for me, in a situation not unlike yours I feel that I would rather suffer in silence than loose a son / daughter. I wonder, would you turn the clock back if you could, perhaps stay on the fringes? A painful question, sorry for that. By your comments you may be able to help others in your situation. I know that everybodys situation is different, believe me, I have nothing but empathy for you.

Tomorrow, December 18, would have been Ian Hinze's 57th birthday.
He died December 20, 2008, two days after his 55th birthday. He is still sorely missed and remembered by many on this board.
With love to Claire and the family,

Ian had a beautiful spirit and his memory lives on.
I would have loved to have been able to attend an "Aposta-Curry" with him.
Cherish each day.
