Ian Hinze died December 20, 2008, two days after his 55th birthday.
I hope this thread will continue to be read for years to come.
This was one of the things that made me decide to keep the forum running. It's too important to allow to disappear and there are too many valuable personal stories on it.

Look at Ian's eyes in the picture. All I see is LOVE. It is so evident. It appears that the eyes truly are the window to the soul. I am happy for Ian's kids to have had such a warm, loving Father.

I was JUST thinking of Ian and Claire last night. Didn't realize that it was almost exactly a year to the minute that we had lost him.
Warm thoughts to Claire and their children. I never met Ian but he touched my heart nonetheless.
