blondies post on an earlier thread re the gate crashers at the assemblies running to "save" the best seats got me to thinking..
just what constitutes a "good seat" at an assembly?
i've never quite understood that.
I am very proud to say that I never cleaned any bathroom at any hall or any convention! Don't know how I lucked out with that!

my mother had ovarian cancer, her mother died of breast cancer, one of my father's sisters had colon cancer.
i had bleeding every two weeks for about a year myself, and now i have abdominal swelling and kidney pain, difficulty urinating(been blaming the lupus--but none of the tests are showing anything wrong!
) i look like i am pregnant the swelling is so bad.. i am having this test done next thursday.
Will be thinking of you Ravyn! Hang in there!

recently a good friend of my family, a deacon in the catholic church, died.
i grew up with his son, who is now a professional tenor.
i remember when richard was going through diaconal training.
(((((((((Yeru)))))))) on the loss of your friend-he will surely live on in the hearts and the lives of all those whom he touched.

holy christ, was that scarey!!
i had just left work shortly after 4:00pm on thursday, and we were in the elevators when suddenly everything went black!!
thank god there were only 4 of us in the elevator, but just the same, after about 10 minutes, we started getting scared and yelling for help (i work on the 15th floor).
Whew Mary-what a story!! Glad you are okay!
remember that mtv show "celebrity deathmatch" where comic characters of famous people battle it out in the ring?
(is that show still on?
) well, what would our own little "deathmatch" be like?
Bradley, too funny!!

LOL Betsy! Sounds just like the way my mind works!
I also preferred an aisle seat, so as to escape be able to go to the bathroom--but the bathroom didn't have to be too close--just close enough for a nice long, leisurely stroll to wake me up.
i recently posted a news article about how a jw said they get dogs sicced on them or they get urine thrown on them.
the worst thing that ever happened to me was when a chubby man with long blonde hair and glasses opened the door and said, "no!
there is no f--king god!
About the worse I can recall was having dogs sent out to try to scare us.
Oh, and remember that "crazy" neighborhood lady that would "stop in" to visit Wyndmoor every now and then? She used to scare me!
people who have short arms may say their backs.
others may say the center of the heel of their foot.
for me, it's gotta be the inside of the ears!
Hey lil bro! I have the same problem with my ears!
Love ya!

I have a family history similar to your own-maternal grandmother died of Breast Cancer early 40's; Mom died of Ovarian Cancer late 40's; Aunt of Cervical Cancer early 30's. My Mom went through test after test and doctor after doctor trying to tell them something wasn't right. She was an Ultrasound Tech. and one day she decided to do her own ultrasound and saw that one of her Fallopian Tubes had fluid in it ( a normal U/S, the Fallopian Tubes cannot be seen.) Plus, she had ascites in her abdomen. She said, "Oh sh**!" She knew right there and then what it was and it still took them several more months to do an exploratory and ultimately diagnose her!
I opted to have a Hysterectomy at 35. Also, I have opted to get the CA 125 every so often just to keep a check on things.
I'll be thinking of you and hoping that you find out for sure what is going on.
