  The End is coming Pretty Soon, Folks

  i have been inactive from jws since 2003. i don't post here very much -- do more reading than posting.

  but i just had to tell y'all that i got a one-page tract this evening which is an invitation to attend the deliverance at hand convention.. yes...the end is coming pretty soon because never before in jw history has an invitation or tract been distributed to a city not designated a convention city.. the end is also coming pretty soon because i was told at the convention there will be a lot of talks about noah and what he faced.. in addition, the end is very near because later on this year there will be several announcements coming from the society.

  before i found this website, i accepted the fact that i was going to be destroyed at armageddon.

  but now that i know it's a big lie, i don't worry about that.. but just for fun, if you could choose your armageddonly death, how would you like to go?

  Mexico and the WTS

  has the wts ever answered the issue of mexico?

  they have spent countless time and resources to shut down web sites.

  they have tried to answer the blood questions, the ngo questions, many other issues, but have they ever tried to answer the mexican issue?

  They have spent countless time and resources to shut down web sites. They have tried to answer the blood questions, the NGO questions, many other issues, but have they ever tried to answer the Mexican issue? Have they put anything in print about it. Have they ever denied it. Ray Franz puts it in pretty much detail with scanned letters too and from the Society, yet the WTS has never to my knowledge gone after Ray Franz for publishing this information. So my best guess is that the information must be correct otherwise you would think the WTS would have gone after this a long time ago.

  Any thoughts or info.

  as a teenager, what was your favorite band?

  this band can be a local, main stream etc..... my favorite local band was little blue crunchy things, they were from milwaukee, wi.

  YOUR LAST MEETING.........................

  ........................at my last meeting, the elder was talking about 1975 and said "it never happened, it is appostates using a time when (some) brothers took the info in the wt wrong"...................i just blinked and finally woke up.. i had been on this site lurking for a couple of weeks, and realized thing werent right, but to have some creep say on the platform " it didnt happen"............when this ruined my and my siblings childhood, just made me snap.

  on the way home, i told my hubby "that was the last meeting im going to"................boy was he pleased.. .

  so if you didnt get df ......................what happened at your last meeting.?.

  I can't exactly remember my last meeting, but I know it wasn't to soon after I read "Crisis of Conscience" in 2 days. I remember being blown away by what I was reading. Proceeded to engulf "In Search of Christian Freedom". Haven't been to meeting since. Just recently got myself DA'd by telling off 2 elders at a gas station. OH WELL.

  Hey Good for you. Don't worry about their fake concern that you didn't make it. When I started missing meetings, no one cared. They never came over, even when they found out that I had doubts. That's really being a loving Shepperd. Guess they were afraid of my friend being there. Ray Franz. That's right I said Ray Franz. He was in my house in the form of his books just waiting to meet the elders if they ever came over. They knew I had read his 2 books and told them I wanted to go over some info with the PO and the CO who promised me they were going to come over and look over the info. They never showed. The rest is history.

  So enjoy a drink or two and have some fun, cause when it comes to it, they really don't care.

  when you post on someone's topic, do you expect an acknowledgement from the person who started it?

  if you don't get an acknowledgment, would you stop posting on any other other topics by the person?

  i personally don't expect an acknowledgement from anyone.

  How many ex-jws move out of town to start over?

  i was wondering how common it is for ex-jws to relocate after leaving the borg in order to escape the bad memories of being in a cult, or to break contact with cult members.. i have wanted to move far away for as long as i can remember--even as a kid--for this purpose.

  various life circumstances have delayed that--long story--but mr. rebel8 and i are thinking of moving within the next few years.

  i am the one who's most interested in moving to a completely different type of place--different culture, different climate, different everything!
