I hope that isn't all of the astounding scientific evidence that you found in the bible.
"In 1615, William Harvey made what many considered a brilliant discovery… that the life of all flesh is in the blood. But three thousand years earlier, the Bible declared, "…the life of the flesh is in the blood…" (Leviticus 17:11). "
Do you really think a people who thought blood was a spiritual item should really be atributed to the observation of a graphing of a complete circulatory system? If you lose blood you die that's the basic of their knowledge and any ancient civilization could make this assumption as kids. That's why it was held on such a large pedastal. They had no knowledge of what blood is or does to the different parts of the body. All they knew is when you bleed something without plugging the wound it will die. That's hardly anything to be happy about.
"In 1475, Copernicus discovered that the earth was round and hung in space. Yet, two thousand years prior, the Bible proclaimed, "It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth" (Isaiah 40:22). The Bible also says of God, "He… hangeth the earth (Job 26:7)."
I think you're forgetting the difference between a circle and a sphere malady. But anyways I don't feel like looking for ancient flat earth theories so im just going to copy and paste some things the bible got wrong scientifically.
The Bible also advocates Geocentrism:
"He set the earth on its foundations; it can never be moved." (Psalm 104:5)
"The world is firmly established; it cannot be moved." (Psalm 93:1)
"Say among the nations, 'The Lord reigns.' The world is firmly established; it cannot be moved." (Psalm 96:10)
"Tremble before him, all the earth! The world is firmly established; it cannot be moved." (1 Chronicles 16:30)
"'O sun, stand still over Gibeon, O moon, over the Valley of Aijalon.' So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, till the nation avenged itself on its enemies." (Joshua 10:12-13)

Daunt:
In the 1840's, when Lord Rosse built what was then the world's largest telescope, man learned about the great empty space in the north. But long before, the Bible announced, "He stretcheth out the north over the empty place…" (Job 26:7).
Though the Bible is not a science book, it is one hundred percent scientifically accurate.

HISTORY:
For years, "experts" laughed at those who believed in Noah's ark and a world-wide flood. The smart ones aren't laughing anymore. In 1959, a Turkish army captain was examining aerial photos of his country when he spotted a boat-shaped form about five hundred feet long (the same size as the Biblical ark) in the area where the Bible says Noah's ark came to rest. Many expeditions have reached the site and considerable evidence has convinced countless eye witnesses that this is in fact Noah's ark.
You see, no matter how unlikely a Bible story may appear, if God's Word says it's true, then it's true.

The 1959 claim is one of the most famous Noah's ark finding history. However if you read about one of the most famous supporters of this finding Ron Wyatt, he visited the site since 1977 and sent many scientists (mostly creationist friends) to the site and they found that the ark was actually mostlikely an geological formation. Wasn't even a boat.
Despite high expectations, a scientific expedition in 1960 showed that this was neither a boat nor the remains of Noah’s ark. However, one of the expedition’s members, René Noorbergen, published a book in 1974 claiming that this object was indeed the ark (Shea, 1988, p. 8).
Shea, William (1988), “Noah’s Ark,” Archaeology and Biblical Research, 1[1]:6-14,35, Winter.
Read a few pages from the book. Was funny. -

Stop, HIb. Stop, stop, stop. You didn't answer me. What is the specific measurable criteria by which we will evaluate the bible?
That's 1 post in reply to me. You have 2 more chances before I cut you off as a liar, bigot, fool, and dangerous potential threat to humanity.

But Jesus was the only one who was born of a virgin and died on the cross. He did not commit any crime.
That old cherry! Wasn't Mary an awfully good liar? A few hundred years ago here there was a woman who purported to have given birth to Rabbits and that conned quiet a few too!
How do you know Jesus didn't commit any crimes? I think the writers of the bible were biassed in his favour - after all they wanted to make him a god so they were bound to be. Now if you asked a few other people they'd say he did commit crimes - those of treason and heresy. It all depends on perspective.
The bible doesn't say Jesus went to the toilet - doesn't mean he didn't.

Why didn't Noah's Ark make headlines? The evidence was there. It was beyond the realm of simple coincidence that every detail was consistent with the object containing the remains of a ship which could only be Noah's Ark. But the world wasn't about to accept it.
The traditional ark hunters continued to search on Mount. Ararat even though Turkish scientists and archaeologists had determined that it was a ship in the mountains of Ararat - a very ancient ship - and that it could be nothing else except the ark of Noah.

The world at large doesn't want to know that Noah's Ark really existed, and therefore that the Bible is true.
Just recently, when an Australian film crew visited the site and personally saw the metal detector scans performed, they didn't even film it.
An eye-witness to the event said they only filmed what they thought would serve to discredit the site.
Unfortunately, it is possible to twist and omit truths in a way which presents an overall picture that looks convincing; but this, in fact, is a lie!
