I haven't heard anything from either of them. This isn't over yet. If I don't hear anything from him by noon tomorrow, I'll send all three participants a nasty, insulting email and see if any of them respond.

western union with the ifno you provided and they couldn't find the payment
in their computer. I want you to understand that this is the first time I've
been sent three times to the western union by a single contractor and all
with a failure.
My advice to you is to go back to the western union and ask them for the
payment receipt which you filled for the payment and scan and send the
payment receipt to me.
You must again understand that the end of year is fast approaching, you'll
have to speed up this process so that we'll be able to transfer your
contract payment to your account.
