The WTS is small potatoes; secular courts couldn’t be bothered with that kind of pettiness… they just move onto the next one.
Norway did, however, make a public example of them…

But mostly, I’m suggesting that this served as a genuine test case to determine the viability of potentially - and effectively - kneecapping even worse offenders.

I wonder how many rank and file know what went on? Watchtower fought in court saying this is Gods way, we trust God this is his way of doing things.
