Don't give him so much credit. At this point, we're lucky if he knows where the middle east is. If Taiwan falls and the world allows this, then we know that we are on a fast track to China making the world bend their knee to their will.

@me.wonderful: the plan Trump made was contingent on Taliban keeping the deal, which they didn’t as soon as Biden got in. The US also wasn’t going to withdraw air support, which Biden simply evacuated all US bases with the equipment still there and let the Taliban simply walk in while the Afghan forces had literally no air, logistical or intelligence support.
The left is indeed spinning this as Trump did it, but last I checked, he hasn’t been in office for nearly a year. Trump wasn’t just going to dump the entire country and evacuate.
Trump was more than aware as the soldiers were leaving the Taliban was gaining ground thought out the country. All US forces were suppose to be out of the country in May under Trumps plan.
Afghanistan was doomed no matter who the president was . The idea Biden could saved the country with 3000 soldiers is stupid and the US public has no stomach for a greater conflict.

WhatsApp is an American product. It can be switched off by its parent, Facebook, Inc, at any time and for any reason. The fact that the Taliban were able to use it at all, quite apart from the fact that they continue to use it to coordinate their activities even now as American citizens’ lives are imperiled by the Taliban advance which is being coordinated on that app, suggests that U.S. military intelligence never bothered to monitor Taliban numbers and never bothered to ask Facebook to ban them.
