By opening this post, you are admitting that you are failures - well done! LOL

I must say, I have had so much fun on this site - some real laugh out loud moments for my friends and I to enjoy.

No need to respond - I am busy pioneering from tomorrow, so will no longer have time on my hands to sit at my pc enjoying laughing at your pathetic comments. How sad you all are.

    Goodbye.

    Ow! My feelers!

    Goodbye.

I know you're reading this donnye. You like attention and you're getting it this morning. But this thread will soon die and tomorrow it will be "donnye who?"

I think you'll be back. You need an audience to prove how right you think you are. That's OK cuz you're only human and not as strong as you believe. Why do I think so? Cuz you came here, stayed longer than one post and you keep coming back even though you know you shouldn't be here.

Oh, and another thing, when someone is strong in their belief system they don't have to prove it to anyone. They don't have to come and rub it in the face of nonbelievers. To do so means that there is an inkling of doubt in that belief and a sense of relief is being sought. Kinda like a bully. The board has seen this time and again. You're no different from the other lost misguided jw souls who come here.

Watcha doin on this board if you are going pioneering tomorrow??????

Counting time... A pioneer has to be creative when trying to meet the hourly goal for the month. This way he can download porn on one tab while couting time on another... rather clever actually...

    Donnye,

I'm so glad that I've "failed" Jws that I can now think for myself. I'm so glad that I went on to higher education so that I could be more marketable in the "real" world. I'm so glad that I don't have migraines anymore because I didn't "do more in the ministry". I'm so glad that I can talk to anyone that I want to and not get a directive to "quit mixing in the company of unbelievers". I'm so glad that my husband does not have the attitude that I'm not worthy of an opinion and can't take the lead on some matters. I'm so glad that I don't have the GB telling me what to do in the privacy of "my" bedroom. I'm so glad that I can associate with others that have many life experiences and networking abilities. I'm so glad that I can sleep in on the weekend if I want to. I am very glad that I don't give my hard earned dollars to an organization that constantly flip-flops in the issues, while losing members every day. But one of the things that I'm so glad of is that "I didn't marry an elder". So if that is what you a failure, then I got both hands "Raised" for ya!

Feel better, donnye? We're so glad to have entertained you! Maybe you felt guilty, having conversed with those who "feed from the table of demons" and here was a way to alleviate some of that guilt by calling others failures and laughing at their hurt and suffering. In any case, remember that it's not wrong to question what you believe and any religion that tells you otherwise has something to hide. You're responsible for your own faith, you don't get out of that because you followed men and were misled. You might want to consider Galatians 5. No amount of service, meeting attendance, or obediance to rules will save you. If that were the case, you wouldn't need Jesus at all. Good luck on your journey!

I know I am years late on this post, but after 2 and a half years of not going to congregation meetings, I got a phone call the other day, from an elder.
He said he hadn't seen me out and about lately (I thought What? and you have only just noticed after 2 and a half years?).
Then he asked "can we come round and give you some encouragement?" I replied no thankyou. There was a pregnant pause and then
he said ok then but I will ring you again in the future. I thanked him soooooo much for his thoughtfulness. LOL.....Donnye
