Come on everybody! Let's sing it together....

Born gay, as gay as the wind blows
As gay as the grass grows
Born gay to follow your heart

Live gay and beauty surrounds you
    The world still astounds you
Each time you look at a star

Stay gay, where no walls divide you
You're gay as the roaring tide
So there's no need to hide

Born gay, and life is worth living
    But only worth living
    'cause you were born gay

(Stay gay, where no walls divide you)
You're gay as the roaring tide
So there's no need to hide

Born gay, and life is worth living
    But only worth living
    'cause you were born gay!
    OOPS, SORRY AWAKENED

Speaking of the Apostle Paul - he was indeed an odd bird. Almost like he was not really a bible era christian, like the other apostles. I used to like him a lot - just because he was such a firebrand. Now, I really wonder about his basic sanity.

And, I hate to say it, but didn't that relationship with Timothy seem to be a little weird?

I read somewhere years ago that scholars were debating the issue as to whether the Apostle Paul had a few er stirrings for Timothy. So, do you figure Paul was just a blow hard (no pun intended) with homosexual tendencies who was "protesting too much"?

I still think it's weird that anti gay religious people really zero in on homosexuality when there are so many other "sins" to squawk about.

That's because it's the anti gay religious people that are committing those other "sins".

Even if it were possible for someone to change their orientation, why should they? If they are happy living the life they live, that's all that matters.

Are there any ex-straight people who claim they have changed themselves to become gay?

IF it can work one way, you'd think it could work the other way.

    Atrazine?

Atrazine is one of the most widely used herbicides in the United States, with 76 million pounds of it applied each year. [8] It is probably the most commonly used herbicide in the world, and is used in about 80 countries worldwide. [9
Experiments indicate that atrazine is a teratogen, causing demasculinization in male frogs even at low concentrations.
Studies show that atrazine likely causes hormone disruption in humans as well as fish and amphibians.

I am glad we do organics a lot!

Please don't flame me, this is just something I found.

Well, I am gay. Never had any interest in women, never dated one nor slept with one. I also love quotes...and there is one in particular by Lynn Lavner that I particularly enjoy: "The Bible contains six admonishments to homosexuals and 362 admonishments to heterosexuals. That doesn't mean that God doesn't love heterosexuals. It's just that they need more supervision."

    LOL!! what a great quote!!

I agree with an earlier post, why people tend to harp on being gay when there's plenty of other things is beyond me.

Anybody have any references to Paul and Timothy getting....intimate?
