Some women can't achieve them with inept partners so they fake to preserve the man's dignity and to get the big lug off of them.

Ever read the statistics for women who can't achieve with IC alone? I believe alot of that failure has to do with shame that comes from our double standard world. The best gift a man can give a woman is to make her feel very good about her sexuality and never ashamed of it. Dropping the guilt and shame associated with sex will do wonders for women that suffer with guilt. That and the well placed....
Oh yeah and chemistry. Women are not good at enjoying sex with men they feel no chemistry with. They have to think about Antonio and the frilly apron, jeans, dishes, Ed K scenerio or fake it.
