    CO's:

    Mickey & Shirley Erskin

Paul & Peggy Moskey (Moskie Mosky sp?)

Hollis Milliken & I forget his wife's name

    DO:

Dave Thomas & his "Color Me Beautiful" Wife (I forget her name, too, but she was into the correct colors for women and their skin-tone thing, which I had been, too, so we hit it off on that subject. ;-)

    -----------

And I liked them all. They were all a blast in their own way. Since I was a "JW orphan" during those years (ie, no flesh family in the org), I always "adopted" the COs/DOs as "spiritual parents" whenever they came around.

Moskey was the "clown" who brought jokes to the meetings, something hardly ever heard the rest of the year, so we all got some great laughs, for a change, during his visits.

I'd say Erskin and Milliken were probably what we now call "company men" but kind and lovable just the same. His wife, Shirley, always had a GREAT TAN, no panty-hose and very tan legs, face, arms, etc. Since I was a tan-freak, too, at the time, I wondered (and asked her), How did she find the time to get in the sun for a tan? Answer: Tanning Pills! ;-) I was going to try them after that but my chiropractor at the time (also a JW), said those pills will ruin your liver so I never tried them.

And Dave Thomas was tall and handsome and nice as pie. I got to work with he and his wife for two DC's in the Admin. office when the WT held the DC's here for two years in a row (that was the ONLY time they ever did, never since - too expensive, they decided).

And that's it for CO/DO Memory Lane... That should cover about 11 year's worth, eh? ;-)

    Thought of another one -

    Mike and Janice Cook

They were here [Indiana] maybe 10 Years back. Then went to North Carolina, later to Virginia I think. Last correspondence I had put them in Georgia or Alabama I think. He was doing Ass't DO work.

I hope they got out - though I doubt it - they were good folks.

I started to list them all and realized I can't remember very many of them. Amazing! Not long ago, I could have told you the name of every CO I ever had.

    I must be getting well!

    Tim and Donna Henderson

? Kuss - Can't remember his first name (Maybe it was John)

Shropshire's - Don't know their first names but he really was a wonderful man. He was my favorite

Brandt's - Her name was Blossom

Bob and wife (Andrea ?)Wickers - Not too crazy about these two at all.

Johnson - Don't remember their first names either but she would sit on the front row enraptured with what her husband was saying. Like she hadn't heard it fifty times and she hated kids.

That is all that I can remember.

How long back. Was it Jim and Ruth Johnson? Late 40's? They retired to our congregation. I don't think she liked kids much, not even her own. Thier daughter was raised by other witnesses while they were 'on the road'.
