i was just thinking it would be funny if apostates set up jwfacts carts and placed them in areas where the jws do their metropolitan witnessing to unwitness to people the witnesses have spoken to.
it would probably get the jws backs up like or it would stop the cart witnessing altogether.
stan livedeath
was it obligatory for each congregation to buy so many of these carts ? how much do they cost ? who supplies them ?
The costs listed in the form S-80. I never saw this online, maybe someone can post this form. More answers:

again with the pants... tony, if you can't stop looking at young men in tight pants don't take it out on the rest of us.

I like the youtube tight-pants contest here
so i shared a facebook video from newsbroke with my wife.
you many agree or disagree with the points made in the video.
please, don't make this about that.
Maybe you can point out how much we have figured out and how much better life is today as a result.
Good point. But next week in WT-study she will be confronted with the WT-claim, that humans can't solve problems. In this thread the deceiving data cherry-picking and misquouting is discussed:

For quick read jump to § 14 and 15.
greetings, fellow bibliophiles:.
i remember how sad i was, as a little child, when our beloved carnegie library was razed (unsafe, structurally).
the same tragedy occurred when we moved to a new town and that similar architectural treasure was demolished to put up a new and gleaming building of steel and glass.
Were visits to the library an important part of your childhood?
Does visits to the kingdom hall library count also?
I hated the visits there - because there were mostly blows on my buttocks.
I had a library pass when I was little. I regularly borrowed books about forgotten cultures there. Later also books about how to cheat on class tests. I couldn't take these books home with me and then I read them on the spot.
it's a cold 13 degrees fahrenheit in tennessee this morning where i live.
glad i'm retired and don't have to work outside today.
what about where you live.
Today in Germany 5 degrees = 41 F (most of the day without rain).

hi can anyone tell me if it's true the society says parents must take their child to meetings until they're 16 even if they don't want to?
my ex is being a pain about me not forcing my 12 year old to be a witness.
he doesn't know i'm becoming inactive at moment so i have to be careful how i word things to him.
In Germany you can choose your religion (by law) within the age of 14.
*** w13 7/1 p. 11 He Fills Our “Hearts to the Full” ***BUT - if parents don't force their children going to the meetings - they will be hounded by the elders - no matter how old the child is.
Paul’s words to the people of Lystra teach us several important lessons about Jehovah God.
Jehovah gives us free will. Note that Jehovah permitted all the Gentile nations “to go on in their ways.” A reference work for Bible translators says that this expression can mean “to go as they pleased” or “to do as they themselves thought best.” Jehovah does not force anyone to worship him. He has endowed us with free will—the ability to choose our own life course.—Deuteronomy 30:19.
i've scoured the database but not finding any quotes.. does anyone know of watchtower quotes speaking to the effect that the greek scriptures were written only for the anointed?.
*** w74 6/15 p. 376 par. 8 Serve with Eternity in View ***
8 This kingdom, the means by which eternal life is possible for us, is a heavenly government. Jesus himself is the chief Ruler, and he is to have 144,000 corulers who have been chosen from mankind and called by God to heavenly life. (Rom. 8:16, 17; Luke 22:29; Rev. 5:9, 10; 14:1) The paramount importance of this kingdom is seen in the emphasis that God put on it in the Bible. It was the chief subject of Jesus’ preaching. (Matt. 4:23) Also, it is to the spirit-anointed Christians who will rule in that kingdom that most of the Christian Greek Scriptures is directed, including the promises of everlasting life.
*** w06 6/1 p. 24 par. 12 Jehovah Tells “From the Beginning the Finale” ***
12 The foreordination of the 144,000 does not mean that certain individuals were predestined to serve God faithfully in this way. Indeed, the admonition in the Christian Greek Scriptures was written primarily to guide and strengthen anointed ones to maintain integrity and keep themselves worthy of their heavenly calling. (Philippians 2:12; 2 Thessalonians 1:5, 11; 2 Peter 1:10, 11) Jehovah knows in advance that 144,000 individuals will qualify to serve his purpose. Who they prove to be depends on how those invited individually choose to live their life, a decision that each one of them must make personally.—Matthew 24:13.
Now I have to try to accept that i am going to be lonely for the rest of my life since I can't go into another relationship. Its so cruel that he lied to get me to marry him and I have to suffer coz of it. I'm only 34.
Would Jesus want that?
Would Jesus want you to be unhappy for decades?
Look - what he said about all this man-made rules:
(Matthew 23:23, 24) 23 “Woe to YOU, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because YOU give the tenth of the mint and the dill and the cumin, but YOU have disregarded the weightier matters of the Law, namely, justice and mercy and faithfulness. These things it was binding to do, yet not to disregard the other things. 24 Blind guides, who strain out the gnat but gulp down the camel!
