by TR inanyone read darek barefoot's "jehovah's witnesses and the hour of darkness"?
i was intrigued my the many references to satanic symbols the he supposedly found in the wts illustrations.
i've not heard much about this on the net.

my wife answered the door and took it from an elder jw that i saw walking away as my wife shut the door.

Horses-economic feasability

my daughters love horses, and i wanted to figure out the costs.
could you clue me in on the basic needs and costs incurred by such a beast such as: acreage, feed, vet bills, grooming, maintenance, boarding, etc.

Few deep thoughts or feelings
by TR init seems that most on this forum are deep thinkers.
there is much agonizing over the experiences each one has had.
there was trauma, crisis' of conscience, terrible things seen and done.

Research and Honesty
by TR inwhen i was a jw, i thought i knew enough about the religion to try to convince others to join.
in reality, i only knew what other jw's and the wts told me.
i admit to being gullible and naive when at a young age i wasn't sure what i wanted out of life.

Feeling sorry...
by TR in...for the average jw as i see them out in door to door work.
i shake my head and think; they just don't know.
or maybe they do, but are in a dilemma similar to thousands if not millions right now.

Return to the K.H.?
