  A "miracle" is in the eye of the beholder...

  An unemployed guys walks down the street distraught as to how he's going to feed his kids tonight...a $100 dollar bill blows down the street and hits him in the face...it's a "miracle"...that night he prays with his kids thanking "God" for His "blessing"...

  Meanwhile, another man puts a gun to his head in shame for foolishly letting his hard earned weeks pay to be blown from his hand in a sudden gust of wind, while on his way to the pharmacy to get the medicine his kids needs...sure that "God" hates him for being such a louse..

  Miracles?....

  When all the children that suffer in the ICU wards of the planet walk out in unison...CURED...I'll be "swayed" into believing.

  Till then...we're on our own..

  A shark tears though a ball of thousands of baitfish...eating and devouring...

  Are the uneaten...saved by a "miracle"? Or is it the law of averages...?

  A plane crashes with 300 hundred on board...299 perish...A "miracle" for the "1"?

  It would have been a real "miracle" if as the people were jumping from the Twin Towers when they were burning...if they would have landed safely on their feet...unscathed...

  Now THAT would have been a miracle...worthy of my adoration.

  It's always spurious and explainable...ALWAYS.

  Unless of course you WANT to believe the toothfairy comes and gives you a quarter for a molar.

  Don't you think that the people who came out alive found it a miracle that they survived? What about the people who were supposed to have boarded the plane but didn't go? Unless of course you WANT to believe the toothfairy comes and gives you a quarter for a molar. Fairies are make believe just like LORD OF THE RING's characters and story line. HF
