Except one is a sitting president and the other is just a lawyer. Clinton lied under oath and continued on to complete his presidency. I'm not saying he isn't guilty, just that it won't be easy to impeach him.

What utter non-sense and garbage. Just because a cop can't find the joint he smelled when walking up to your car doesn't mean he's not going to arrest you when he finds a brick of cocaine in your trunk.
If Trump broke the law - he should be impeached. Period. He should be held to the campaign laws of our nation regardless if he conspired or didn't conspire with Russia. Paying off porn stars and then hiding the finances through shell companies to avoid finance laws is NOT okay.

It's very clear. Trump instructed Cohen to pay off the porn stars and set up a shell companies to do it. We have Cohen pleading guilty to it. And we have the conversation recorded ON TAPE.
Trump is a crook. He needs to be behind bars. Not in the White House.

Cohen entered a guilty plea, with no obligation to cooperate further. He’s done as far as I can tell.
On NPR this morning, Cohen's attorney said (1) under no circumstances would he accept a pardon from Trump, and (2) Cohen plans to give more information to Mueller.
I believe the technical, legal term for Trump's situation is "hosed".

Most here (and many in the general public) look at impeachment as being the "ultimate" thing. It's not. Impeachment just brings charges by the majority in the House of Representatives against a sitting politician, in this case President Trump.
Removal from office is a totally different.
After impeachment, the President is tried by the Senate. A vote is then taken that requires two thirds in favor to remove him from office. I can't see that happening.
Impeachment is a possibility if the Democrats take the House but in reality, it will be more for optics than anything else.
