At last Watchtower finally found a theocratic purpose for the luxury river front property they purchased in Wales (see description and photos below) ... pre-recording a talk in Welsh some three years later.

And there were sceptics who believed Watchtower was only a real estate company and had no need to purchase a luxury river front property for translation services.

    THE PROPERTY

Superbly positioned above The Menai Strait with direct water access, Y Gwylain has been impressively developed to a high standard. The property comprises of entrance hallway, reception hallway, impressive open plan 'live in kitchen/family room', lounge, sitting room, games room, 2 studies, utility, cloakroom, shower room, 5 double bedrooms, four en-suites and a family bathroom. The property benefits from having gas central heating, double glazing, garage, established landscaped gardens with decked areas and pond. The property enjoys fantastic sea view of The Menai Strait, The Menai Suspension Bridge and across to Anglesey.

Several have mentioned that this "provision" cannot be limited to Wales. Surely there are other languages who will have "canned" Prerecorded Memorial and Special Talk 2017!

Any one else have another language to add to the list?

As Rutherford so handsomely discovered in the 1920s and 30s, some may enjoy the luxurious material benefits of the new system whilst serving in the old. He was right: Religion is a snare and a racket.

Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch (lan-vire-pool-guin-gith-go-ger-u-queern-drob-ooth-clandus-ilio-gogo-goch) is a Welsh word which translates roughly as "St Mary's Church in the Hollow of the White Hazel near a Rapid Whirlpool and the Church of St. Tysilio near the Red Cave".

    ... by comparison ...

Weewullpullootfymwynderyillchwybyrgogohwallanswllitfyraprophet (we-will-pull-out-from-under-your-platform-your-kingdom-hall-and-sell-it-for-a-profit) is a Watchtower word which translates roughly as "screw you publishers this hall is dedicated funds now belonging to the Watchtower".

For this you have to remember that in Wales there are estimated to be about 562,000 Welch speakers that is supported by only 10 Welch congregations. There are in comparison 41 English congregation in Wales. So there won't be a lot of elders who speak Welch so they are needing to be able to play a recorded talk because it has to be given all in the same night.

Isn't that Welsh as opposed to Welch's grape juice?

And don't forget the TWO Welsh Groups who meet with the congregations in Trevelin and Gaiman in Argentina

Below is the Google StreetView of the Kingdom Hall in Trevelin - note the KH sign in front is in both Spanish AND Welsh
