Silent lamb silent no more That's who I was trying to think of, Neal! I thought he was the goat apostate😆

Anyway he wrote a free book about how to exit Jehovah's witnesses, Lloyd got the idea from him, wrote a short pamphlet using his ideas them tried to charge people £200 for putting the stories they wrote in the back.

Really most of the people who woke up in the last ten years learned everything from PAUL GRUNDY, Barb Anderson, Jim penton and others who wrote books or posted what they learned on this site.

Lloyd just makes it easier for lazy People to access this information.

My wife and I left in 1988, at that time there was no internet (at least not that we could access). We spent a year researching the Watchtower. We did most of it at the public library, which had a good selection of works on the Watchtower, starting with CofC. Others that stick out in my memory are "Apostles of Denial" by Edmond Gruss; "The Four Major Cults" by Anthony Hoekma, and Walter Martin's "Jehovah of the Watchtower."

I'm quite sure that doing all the heavy lifting on our own was good for us. Our decision to leave the religion was grounded in our understanding of what was wrong with it. For some time I've held an opinion that if the WTBS disappeared a good number of witnesses would just go find somebody else to follow. I think we may be seeing something very like that in operation. It seems that a good number of witnesses may have traded the GB for Lloyd Evans, because they can't see the similarities, and they haven't trained themselves to properly address the issues.

Because of all that work we did, my wife and I have a much better understanding of what is wrong with all cults, not just one.

Jesus Christ! Just seen that FB post from 2017, family member from Dijannas side, and it’s fucking bad.

If that is true, he’s FUCKED.

He seemed to be in a bit of a rush to leave the UK after he was reproved and lost his Elder hat.

Branch committee members don’t involve themselves with Judicial committee meetings in Croatia, or anywhere else….Unless it’s off the wall crazy shit…I’m sorry, but as much as you might think apostasy IS, it really isn’t.

He didn’t record the judicial meeting, because “he had nothing to hide”. That one boggles the brain.

He didn’t deny the accusation on the live stream.

He went to Phuket, the world capital of child trafficking and underage prostitution.

It seems like he’s been found out, and now making up that’s he’s got legal protection, I call Bull Shit on that one.

I can’t copy and paste from Reddit, don’t know how.

Go to @pasta_hour on Twitter and he has it on his twitter feed.

Yes I have no idea. If you don't want to post it on here, maybe link it?

I've actually had a close listen to @Burg3rtime 's video with Kim. I notice Kim said to him please either stop posting about your mental health distress, or tell people the truth. Because your behaviour is seriously negatively impacting vulnerable members of the community.

Because she knew It wasn't a mental health crises - he got caught being unfaithful.

I used to see a mental health crises as someone like my husband's sister, who is schizophrenic, being sectioned. I do realise I was wrong to think in such a narrow way.

Kim has had depression in the past and she knows Calling people out on their BS is not being insensitive around mental health. It's about time, like the media, we stopped calling every piece of bad behaviour a 'mental health crises'.

    We did!

Back in 2017, many of us contacted the British authorities, only to be told "Without a victim, without first-hand knowledge, like his wife, AND the perp fled the country,...NOTHING can be done"

Croatia authorities were contacted, "The crime was committed in Britain, so unless a crime is committed in Croatia, nothing can be done"

Wow, after reading some comments (elsewhere) from some of his supporters, it seems certain ex-JW's still want to invoke the two witness rule.

Neil “The Great Apostate” has come out of retirement briefly to say a few words. I know a few of you were asking about him
