I suppose it's exactly the type of thing Jesus and Paul would do on their Saturdays.

Apostates should just set up next to them. Nothing legally they can do to prevent it.

yadda: they would call up all the brothers and sisters in their hall.

They would all come out and stand in front and around your stand,

blocking you from the view of the public. The old assembly trick when

they escort undesirables out of the assembles. LOL

If you RAN INTO the tables, why did you stop? and not finish the Job? Jesus did!

In your case it would be an accident. sorry about that.

What the? They're hiding behind their signs, literally! And it's so dark and uninviting looking. They just don't wanna be there, obviously. Bit different to the charity booths who stand at front and invite you into a conversation and show you pictures of what they do...but they actually want to sign people up...

i somebody already made this statement i apologize but leave it to jws to be the only people to go to the park not to enjpy themselves. maybe watching other people having a good time will wake them up.

on a similar note, the walking/exercise was the only positive i attributed to the witnesses,(my jw is getting older). now they sit on ass?

Maybe this is why the SDA`s and the Mormons have far more success in gaining converts than the witnesses without even doing the intensive door to door work the JW`s do.

Both the SDA`s and the Church Of Jesus Christ Of The Latter Day Saints have , twice the membership of jehovahs witnesses .

So its not hard to see who the God of the bible is blessing .

They'll have demos or share experiences as zealous pioneers at the next CA.

Well, since you only went to their table once... if you had returned later to ask them another question - they could have called you a 'return visit'.

But... since you didn't do that, they can only count 8 hours of field service time - no return visits.

Unless!!... They have been at the park before. Returning to the park... yes, I guess that counts as a return visit. I hope the park is interested... then they can return in a week, and count another return visit.

In a few weeks, maybe they can start a 'bible study' with the park, and add that to their time.

WooHoo!!! We're really getting things going now!

Where's the nearest trash bin? If they toss a load of publications in it, they can count those as placements!

What more could a 'pioneer' ask for!??! Return visits, bible studies, and placements - along with 8 hours!!!

    Regards,

Can't fault those brothers and sisters.

    That's funny.

The one guy who WENT UP AND TALKED TO THEM was totally blown off.

In what sense is that "giving a witness"?
