I've got friends who are missionaries in Kenya. The local brothers aren't allowed in the compund where the missionary home is because they would be "stumbled" by the comparative wealthy conditions that they have there.
There is absolutely no way that the missionairies would survive living where the local JWs live - shanty towns , mud huts , often no electricity or water. So maybe they will have to look for some rich ex-pat sponsor if the WTBTS really are closing the missionary homes.
