Rachel-The Biblical worldview as taught by Jehovah Organization isolates 6000 years of human history and reveals a perfect historical canon that substantiates the fact that God's Kingdom as a visible earthly organization ended before the foretold Messiah appeared in the first century C.E. and was reinstated after the end of the Age of Enlightenment in 1804. Jehovah's Organization has fulfilled Bible prophecy.

This demands explanation, elaboration, would you be so kind to do so?

One thing is to actually give the congregation the protection it deserves. The society should have a zero tolerance for any form of sexual abuse. At present the congregations are havens for wrongdoers since present rules protect predators and the focus is on preventingbad publicity rather than protecting the innocent.
Anyone accused should be reported to the police immediately they have the facilities to investigate this. The victim should be referred to specialists. The accused should be told they are not to attend meetings until the investigation is complete and they are forbidden to go on the service.
Anyone with a history of sex abuse against children should not be permitted to go on the service. The congregation should be advised if such a person is to attend the meetings and parents should be told to take appropriate action to ensure that their children are not left alone with that person. This would mean that paedophiles are not attracted to the organisation since they cannot hide behind a veneer of spirituality.
That would just be for a start there is so much wrong I fear that we are beyond reform.
Maze you don't care about what is wrong with the organisation you haven't really answered any of the criticisms. It is very sad that you are so deep in cult mentality that you cannot be objective or even truthful with yourself.

Congregation elders contact the local authorities if a child's welfare is in danger or if there's a mandatory reporting law that requires them to do so.

Depending on the law of the land where he lives, the molester may well have to serve a prison term or face other sanctions from the State. The congregation will not protect him from this. Moreover, the man has revealed a serious weakness that henceforth will have to be taken into account. If he seems to be repentant, he will be encouraged to make spiritual progress, share in the field service, even have parts in the Theocratic Ministry School and nonteaching parts in the Service Meeting. This does not mean, though, that he will qualify to serve in a position of responsibility in the congregation.

When confronting this complex problem, above all, congregation elders are expected to obey the law.

However, even if the elders cannot take congregational action, they are expected to report the allegation to the branch office of Jehovah's Witnesses in their country, if local privacy laws permit. In addition to making a report to the branch office, the elders may be required by law to report even uncorroborated or unsubstantiated allegations to the authorities. If so, the elders receive proper legal direction to ensure that they comply with the law. Additionally, the victim or anyone else who has knowledge of the allegation may wish to report the matter to the authorities, and it is his or her absolute right to do so.

Further, we regularly review our procedures to ensure that they are in compliance with the law.—
    Romans 13:1.

Let every soul be in subjection to the superior authorities, for there is no authority except by God; the existing authorities stand placed in their relative positions by God. Romans 13:1

Maze I am not basing my comments on other campaigns but on my own experience. The watchtower only reflects how the organisation wishes to be perceived by those outside. There is no uniformity in how these matters are handled and the focus is on secrecy. I have been in congregations where a paedophile sat next to me and my daughter and noone warned me. I have been in others where I was taken to one side by a concerned member of the congregation and told not to let my children visit the toilet on their own.

I have been in a congregation where a wife was told to forgive her husband for committing incest with two of his daughters. It was all kept quiet.

Authorities are informed only if there is a legal requirement to do so. It should not be a question of state law it is a question of protecting the vulnerable. I am glad if you personally have never experienced these issues first hand I would not wish it on anyone but don't dismiss evidence because it is unpalatable to you. It is not what the watchtower says that it the issue it is what they do in practice.

Any mother would feel the outrage I do simply put the elders are not there to protect me they are there to protect the organisation that is not my understanding of christian teaching or a reflection on what Jesus preached.

You have your observations and I have mine. There was an incident in my family (1992) where the elders asked if me and my step brother if we were in any physical danger as a result of physical abuse being reported. The elders directly said, “if this turns out to be what was reported (a potentially violent man in the home), we have to report the matter to the local authorities.” This was years before there was a mandatory reporting law in Texas.

In 30 years I've observed one indecent in the congregation where a man was sexually abusing his children (1993). He was disfellowshipped and incarcerated and his children were placed in the congregation before Child Protective Services seized them.

Apostates always claim to have secret knowledge outside what can actually be observed in the organization. Case in point, there are various sins that can bring reproach on the Christian congregation.

There is no logical or reasonable explanation why the Watchtower Society would want molesters to be in the organization or be servants in the organization. They are simply trying to follow Bible principles in the policy they have in place. It is not sinister. It is not a cover up to try to show we have the true religion. If that was the case, why not cover up fornication as well. There are far more fornicators than child molesters. Why not keep fornication or other sins that are illegal like business fraud hush hush to give the appearance of an organization that lives in a perfect spiritual paradise with no wrongdoing whatsoever. It makes no sense. The rumor that Jehovah's Witnesses cover for pedophiles is illogical and it is nonfactual.

If Maze is correct, she is damned by her own words: She consciously and deliberately continues to engage with and argue with people the GB has branded "apostates". The duplicity is as astonishing as are her claims.

Anyway, time for a quiz: From a strictly Biblical perspective, which verses is Maze violating by continuing to engage with branded "apostates"?

Clue regarding Biblically appropriate answers: Human reasoning is banned. Let's just stick to the Bible.
