The day we bought Ricky, we bought the cage and ball before we went to the pet store to pick out the hamster. The critter trail mini, the cage, was on sale for less than $10 and the mini ball was on sale for less than two. So, since we are watching every single penny, I went with the on sale small stuff. Then Julian didn't want the dwarf hamster, he wanted the golden one, which is bigger. So, the ball is really too small for Sir Rickey. He just stands there in it, looking puzzled. So when we can afford a bigger ball, we will get him one. He has grown so much, he was just five weeks old when we got him, he can't fit in his wheel in his cage anymore. I'll watch for the things to go on sale and coupons and use my employee discount. I hope it all goes on sale soon.

Hi everyone. Checking in to say we are still alive. Julian woke up in a much better mood today. He had been very sad and weepy. His mom will visit for three days this weekend. I'll be working, but at least they can visit with each other and I can see her before and after work. I had a good therapy session yesterday. I was doing one of the exercises she gave me, earlier. Andy is in a fairly good frame of mine today.

We still do need your encouragement, prayers, good vibes, help etc. You are all an amazing group of people, proving that in order for the brother/sisterhood of JW's to work like it should, you have to leave the org. either literally or at least in spirit. Yes, amazing.

Oh yes and since we don't go by WT rules, we can have people who never were JWs in our brother/sisterhood such as Bebu.

Sassy, did I read that you lost your father?

I know it's hard when a relationship ends. I am confident that you will walk out of this on both feet and be alright. You're one of the pure souls that walks this earth. How are your sons? I hope you are still in touch with them and things are well in that regard. Thank you for your words of kindness. I saw that you had posted here before and it means so much to me. I am glad to see you posting over here again.

well I don't want to take away from your thread here.. yeah.. I lost my dad to cancer in May. One of my sons moved in with me.. he "might" have found a job.. keep your fingers crossed.. I am going to need it with rent high and the loss of a 2nd income in the home... my other sons are fine.... I'm glad to be back here.. but so sorry about all you are undertaking right now... I wish there was more I could do for you!
