Sass, I know that must be so hard for you. My own father isn't in good shape. He broke hip and finally got to go home, only to break the other. He told me on the phone, "Good thing I don't have a third one." He's in a nursing home now and all his much younger wife can do is lament. Your caring words are a big help, Sassy. And I hope your son's job comes through.

I'm glad to hear y'all are doing better and I think it's great Julian and his Mom will get to spend some time together. That's an important bond for the both of them to keep active.

Thanks, PEC. I think I had a bug. I was in bed for most of two days. Today I was disheartened because I still felt sick, but had no choice but to go to work. I cried through my first break. I was worried it was the zoloft that was making me so weak and ill. But as the day wore on, I felt better.
My daughter is here, but sadly has to leave tomorrow night. We shared some time alone tonight. She just went to bed. I didn't get home from work until 10:30 PM. That's why I am up so late. I need to get to sleep. I have things to do in the morning and I need to go in to work at 2 and work until 9:30 PM.
Carrie is taking what happened to Mickey very hard. She misses Julian. She's just in no position to help either child for the time being. I just got this feeling tonight though, while we were talking, that she will come out of this alright. It will be hard, but she can do it. Julian still owes you an e-mail. That may have to wait until the weekend is over. He loves the car and shows it to everyone.

Carrie and her friend Savannah left a little while ago for Rhode Island. Julian cried and told her didn't want her to go. She tucked him into bed and soothed him. I hope he won't have too hard a time tomorrow. We are grateful to Savannah for bringing her to see Julian. It was good of her to do that.
I packed them a picnic for the road. I watched as they drove away. I wished them godspeed on their trip. I hope they will have a good trip along the way and make it safely.

Hi everyone. Just wanted everyone to know that Julian is quieter today, but so far, no tears. He seems in decent spirits. I was concerned he might spend some time crying or being moody today. But so far, so good. Andy is quiet but in a fair mood. He went to church with his parents this morning. Having a late night with Carrie leaving around 1:30 AM, I slept in. No church. I haven't been in four Sundays I think it is. But, they aren't like JW's, they don't think your eternal life is in jepordy if you miss services.
I work tonight from 5-11. I will be job hunting again during the week.
We still need your prayers and support. Things are gradually improving, but we still have an uphill journey and it's more than challenging. Thank you again and again for everything.

I would like to gently remind everyone who has/would like to help FHN that even a little bit means a lot. If you can send another donation, please, please do.
Keep on keepin' on, FHN. Glad to hear that your visit with your daughter went so well. Say hi to the guys for me.
