  Everything that is said positive about the WT, would sound too good to be true.

  Anything the WT condemns would sound silly and ridiculous.

  Field Service would seem silly and reporting that time even sillier.

  Anti-JW movie on Netflix?

  i'm watching the new netflix movie "come sunday".

  it's one more film about a person who has turning point in life that demands the person to reevaluate his own faith and belief system.

  in this case, the man is a petencostal bishop that gets very famous and has a big church preaching about salvation to heaven and punishment in hell.

  JWs refuse to watch any Cult related movies/Documentaries, as their own cult paranoia kicks in and makes them run.

  Even if they watch, they would view it as one among the false religions.

  Do any of the JWs go out door to door with a territory any more?

  i actually had a neighbor ask me that the other day (she knows i'm an "ex" jw) and i didn't really know the answer.

  i know there's a bit of cart witnessing going on (small town) and a lot of driving around to return visits.. but are they actually doing territory, not-at-homes, all of that?

  the neighbor said that eight years ago, when she bought her house, the jws were by "all the time".

  If the D2D Territory witnessing is down, it seems the Good news has been preached all over the World and the end is near, any time soon.

  what if the bible turns out to be a product of humans, nothing divine.

  would you still believe in a creator?.

  Why Equate Bible to GOD as if the Bible is a perfectly divine book ?

  Even if there is a God, he/she/it hasn't revealed itself to Earthly humans so far.

  Cancer in Animals

  we were taught sickness and death is a result of the sin inherited from adam and eve, so why do animals get cancer?

  they are supposedly still as big j intended, so therefore cancer is a creation by the big fella himself?.

  just an exercise for one's who believe in the whole bible story thing.. (not me)... any others anomalies you can think of ?

  Seems the animal's Ancestors also sinned and inherited imperfection.

  Of course the Bible never mentions about this but we can get an answer in the new world. Just hang in there.

  Cart witnessing at the Toyota Grand Prix

  picture 185,000 people on the streets attending the biggest event in long beach.

  there is a main downtown street which is the only way into the grand prix.

  it’s chaos because it is not private property that can be contained; these are working boulevards with cars and people vying to get where they want to go.

  my belief in prayer was once bolstered by my strong attachment to what i had read in aid to bible understanding.

  my having a part in its initial prep in the factory and, later, a detailed proofing of thousands of references to it made this bible dictionary an influence in my former life.

  please note this extract on jehovah's seeming delay in the answering of prayer.

  When I was a DUB and whenever I came across a soul that is suffering, a quick flash would hit my mind. Why does Jah permit this and remain silent? Why can’t he alleviate this suffering?

  Very soon the usual Celtic thinking kicks in. "Jah permits suffering to prove his Universal Sovereignty" What a crap of a belief.

  the jdubs live in a comic book world.

  babylon the great is all false religious organizations and she is destroyed by those she seeks to control.

  just joking i really don't think so...but the situation in syria is pretty worrisome...just hearing the news that france and great britain are attacking with cruise missiles in 72 hours.

  i mean assad is not gonna gasify his adversaries when he almost won the civil war.

  trump too suspended a very important trip to the latinoamerican presidents summit in peru, just to 'oversee the american response to syria.

  Wars had always been fought since mankind formed its own countries and borders. Wars fought during our lifetime creates more impact on us as we really see/hear/Read about them.

  Even if the Syrian war escalates into a global one, that has nothing to do with the Bible.

  But (Some) Christians would always find ways to tie up the situation with any verses from their Holy book. Its all about creating panic and Pulling people into religion.

  It’s Stupid That JWs Wont Recognize Birthdays Yet If A Baby Is Born They Will Give Gifts!

  a witness can’t celebrate and give gifts on a birthday except on the day they are born.

  giving a baby shower is ok as well as gift giving—- but only once!

  soooo dumb!.
