  My Wife is pregnant, wow!

  the day i was told i was going to be d/f i my wife also did a test and found out she is pregnant.

  yesterday she went to the doctor and she is already 9 weeks.

  i can't think of a better way to move on and create a new and wonderful life.. i am 36, going on 21, and have a 19 yo step son and 13 yo step daughter that i love dearly.

  it asks many drone-like thought-provoking questions as i've listed below.

  incredible that these guys claim to be the sole ownership of what is absolute "truth", yet change doctrines like i change lipsticks.

  I agree with you Gary, I think the WT is setting up the R/F for another Bomb Shell. Should be interesting to see what follows in the months ahead or at an assembly. I know they've been getting alot of heat on the blood issue lately. Stay tuned.

  Why Most Christians do celebrate Birthdays

  Luke 2 :10-14 says that Angels celebrated Christs day of birth. Many believe that Job 1:3, 3:1,3 talks about the banquet days which Jobs children celebrated were birthdays. Jude 12 talks about the earliest Christians enjoying balanced merriment at "love Feasts".

  A birthday is a time for honoring the One who caused such happiness, the Creator of Life Himself, and it is also a way of showing the person who receives a birthday that they are loved, not "worshipped" as those against birthdays say sometimes.

  Gal 5:22 says that one of the fruits of Gods Holy Spirit is "Joy...".

  Rom 14 Says we have Christian Freedom to celebrate or not celebrate such days, so then, if so inclined, you are indeed free to enjoy it to the fullest!

  Can I Ask A Favor From All of You?

  lucifer's best friend moved away sunday for at least 5 months, but she has an open ticket so if she doen't like it she can come home any time.

  now the favor i would like to ask is....can you all send her hugs?

  she is down in the dumps!

  Do the dubs stay in for the promised paradise?

  it appears that most jws are in the wts for selfish reasons, because they want to gain the paradise that they being promised by the gb.

  they have no real deep brotherly love, that's for sure, and their leaders don't really seem to want to cultivate such a quality in them.

  now if this paradise hope was finally removed if they were told forget it, it will never come in your lifetime do you think that most jws would leave the organisation?

  I think your question is being answered daily. Many are leaving the ranks because Armageddon has been promised how many times, and still is here yet. The many lies, deceptions, coverups, scandals and so on is really taking its toll. I think most JW's with the help of the internet and sites like this one are beginning to smell the coffee . I cant tell you how many times many JW's said they had to go out in service cause their hours were low, instead of spending some quality time with there kids on a Saturday morning. They are trying to Buy their way into paradise. Most of the kids I grew up with that were forced to go out on Sat mornings are no longer in the Lie. Im only sorry I didnt get out sooner.

  I have and will continue to watch our site like a hawk for any persons who might lean towards thinking that would tear our strong faith down in any way.

  You can't tear something down if its not there to begin with. And if you are afraid of your faith being torn down, then you need to reconsider the shape your faith is in.
