Interesting developments

for those of you who are new i produced a documentary on disfellowshiping in the kingdom hall.
the interesting thing is that i was df'ed not for committing and 'gross' sin, as you might think, but i was df'ed of litterally asking to many questions.. anyway, i've heard the following news co's and do's in the us are talking about my case, i have been barred from ever entering a kingdom hall again (police notice was enfocred on me) and for some reason i have been getting calls from elders from the hall i was booted out of lately (i have not returned or answered the calls as of yet).

During WW2 the Red Cross handed out donuts to soldiers. Red Cross = Blood = Bloody donuts = Dfing if eaten. :(

I had someone ask if I was done high school yet. Didn't believe me when I said I was going to be 31 this year.
Most people think that I'm in my early twenties. Works for me ;P
I don't really do anything except have a good mositurizer and drink a lot of water.

rant about gas prices AGAIN
by candidlynuts inso here it is, the end of the month.
i got to get my kids this month since they're on summer vacation.. it took over 80 bux of gas to go 100 miles both ways two times,( picked kids up one weekend.. took them back so they could go to the stupid convention then picked them back up after, my ex refuses to meet me half way, i'm bad association ya know) i went almost a year without a way to get up to them.
neither my ex or my family would bring them to me.

Did you see Oprah yesterday? It was about the working poor who live on minimum wage and have to choose between eating and health care.
I don't know how they do it. I'm in Canada and if I need to go the doctor or to the emergency room, I just go, it doesn't cost me anything. I couldn't imagine having to make a choice between seeing my kids or eating. Or eating versus having enough gas to go to the doc.
I've been really, really poor but at least I had health care.
Gas jumped 10 cents overnight here to $1.22.9 a liter, makes me sick to have to fill the tank. When I move out of province it's goong to cost me a fortune. -

Dallas Apostafest. Official Friday Night Invite
by Sparkplug inok you all, i have worked myself and my kids to the bone so that you may have a good time in an ok place this coming friday the 28th.
starting at 8pm and ending (at least the dj) about 11:30...we can still hang as late as wanted....you are invited to join me and some of the finest and strangest mixed group i know in celebrating life and a journey well traveled.
this is my graduation party and yes children are invited!!.

Panic Disorder/Agoraphobia?

I used to get panic attacks (cold sweats, the spins, chest pain, couldn't breathe etc) Was a lot worse in crowds and when I was stressed.
I never went on drugs for it, what worked for me was learning breathing techniques to calm myself down. I also used Bach's Rescue Remedy spray. It's flower extracts that supposedly work to calm you down. I don't know if it really does anything or not, but the act of doing *something* to relieve the panic I was feeling helped a lot.
