How do you teach a women maths?
Add a bed, subtract her clothes, divide her legs, enter your square root, give her 100% ,leave your solution on hope she does not multiply...

Psychedelic Music
by Satanus ini sometimes enjoy listening to psychedelic music.
it must be because of permanent brain damage caused by the lsd i took when i was teenager.
some songs that fall into this category are:.

For Psychedelic music try Terry Riley's "Poppy Nogood" or his "Rainbow in Curved Air".
"The Root" by Pauline Oliveros is also quite Psychedelic.
Or any music by David Hykes and his Harmonic Choir...

Before You Actually Stopped Meetings, How Many HATED Being There?
by minimus inwhen i listen to anything at the meetings, it is with a critical eye.
i really can't stand going, especially today.
did you feel that the meetings were grating and extremely irritating, just before you stopped going altogether?

I was soo bored with them that I sneaked away during the meetings to go play
videogames in a local arcade, and sneak back just in time for the closing song & prayer...

Cheap airfairs??? you've got to be kidding
by VeniceIT ina friend sent me this link and i'm befuddled .
http://www.ryanair.com/index.html.
what on earth???

Ryanair is able to offer such low prices because they only fly the planes, and do not worry one bit about the infrastructure:
The ticketing, the offices, connections to and from the airports etc,all this has to be taken care of by those who want
to have Ryanair landing on their airports. Also the names of the airports that Ryanair uses are somewhat misleading,
Example:Oostende/Brugge,Ryanair wanted to rename Ostend airport to Bruges airport to attract more people, but
Oostende is 30 Km away from Brugge so it has nothing to do with that city. The Ostend airport authorities protested against this name change and reached a compromise:Ostend/Bruges airport.
Same for Brussels South:There is no Brussels south, there is Charleroi which is around 40Km away from Brussels.
Same for London/Stansted,Stansted is about 45Minutes by train from London.
Ryanair uses these airports because of better conditions (Taxes) than the main and larger ones... -

The Celestine Prophecy.... by James Redfield your views?
by anti-absolutist ini am just about to start the last chapter of this book, and i thought i would ask the question, then see the responses after i have finished it.. who has read it?
(without giving away too much to those who may still read it).

It's not bad,but a bit simplistic.
I prefer the books by Robert Anton Wilson,Barbara Hand Clow,Barbara Marciniak, and David Icke.
But since the Celestine Prophecy is a work of fiction,I would like to recommend another work of fiction
Which IMO is a much better read:"The Oversoul Seven Trilogy" by Jane Roberts...

by ScoobySnax inhave been using morpheus for a couple of years now, and hasn't been too bad at all, got about 400 tracks download.
since gettiing aol broadband, the diversity seems to have diminished a bit, either i'm on the wrong dsl provider or morpheus isn't as good as it used to be.
the one i was on previous (can't remember the name now) went totally pearshaped after it got served a writ for using copyrighted material.....anyway, know of any other good music file sharing sites?

Witness Cruises
by undercover inanother post on another thread about a witness cruise got me to thinking about when the dubs would block whole sections of cabins on cruise ships and have "witness cruises".
i never went on one myself, but i knew a few that did.
i heard some pretty sordid stories.

trip through Israel? Or was this a local affair? (Belgium).Quite a few airplanes where chartered for this trip from
Brussels to Tel-Aviv,was this the same in other countries? Can anyone recall this?
