  radical, militant islamists or a "rogue state" like n. korea will eventually succeed in nuking one or more american cities.

  of this i am utterly convinced, it is not a matter of it "might" happen, the question is how soon will they succeed in pulling it off, and what will the fallout of such an event be, besides the loss of hundreds of thousands or perhaps millions of lives?.

  john kerry in a recent stump speech said that all it would take is one megaterrorist attack to drastically change life as we know it.

  Reasons for Moving to Wallkill ?

  i read a while back about selling the brooklyn facility and moving the printing operations to wallkill (???).

  i know it's all about money for the wts, but what reasons did they give for actually going through this involved, expensive process when, bottom line, the end is soon and everything is gonna be killed and destroyed?

  why not just "wait on jehovah?".

  just think, when they move to wallkill, they have one HUGE unoccupied building in the middle of brooklyn. now last time i checked real estate in that area, the brooklyn bulding was estimated at like 200 million dollars or so.

  so let me ask you a question, would you move to wallkill for over 200 million dollars?

  the wt has often alluded that there is a genetic defect in humankind ever since adam and eve ate of the "forbidden fruit.

  " we've all heard the "dent in a pan = dent in the cakes" illustration countless times over by the society and, for that matter, by a number of fundamentalist christians.

  but, there is an enormous problem with this line of reasoning.

  btw, deuteronomy was mosaic law.....so god didn't command us to be happy, he only commanded us (since we are free of mosaic law) to love him and love thy neighbor as thyself. yep...stupid asses

  i'm not baptized, but i do go out in service, not much now that i'm getting a post secondary education.

  i wasn't raised a jw and this is where i run into a lot of problems, the things i like to do don't really jive with the wts.

  i played comptive sports in high school and college.

  as soon as you are a JW, you turn your conscience over to them. they tell you that you are weak etc etc etc etc and pretty much control how you feel unless you break away....

  i've fallen for a man who is a jw and i haven't been one in years .i really don't know what to do or how the church will react to me being a divorce woman and all.

  the problem is my oldest son i don't how he would handle the change.

  the jews have a concept of doing a good deed on sabbath, it's called the sabbath mitzvah.

  i did mine today.

  i went out to the hospital to visit a friend of mine.

  you should have replaced the toilet paper in the bathrooms with the watchtower magazines and recycled the toilet paper because its more pure of paper =D
