And I just wanted to know if I am the only one that felt that 'spirit' led them into the JW and the same 'spirit' led them out of JWs???
Does the 'spirit' you refer to come in 1 liter bottles purchased at a store with a red dot out front?

I was raised a jw and had no choice in the matter. Alot of their stuff never made sense to me but I tried my best to conform. And did, until I came to the conclusion that if I and my children were ever going to to have a chance for happiness I had to stop all involvement. I chanted my way out, "I will not feel guilty, I will not feel guilty..." and into peace and happiness. So no, no spirit direction by any definition leading me in or out, just common sense and the will to live and be happy.

I believe any spirit, enticing people into the WTS has to be demonic an angel of Satan appearing as an angel of light apppearing to be the genuine thing but on closer examination is found to be deceitful.
Likely it's the Holy Spirit that leads people out of such an org by helping them see the subtle lies and the manipulation going on. -
