Like Sirona, I've had cancer (5 years ago) and it knocks you for a loop. But I liked to hear about success stories, so am offering my experience as another one. I agree with Sirona too about the "keep a positive attitude" advice---it really annoyed me. How to have a positive attitude when you don't have one?!? But reading was my biggest help, especially about people who recovered.

I am so sorry to hear about this. I have been wondering where he has been lately.
One of my niece's husband has the same illness. He was diagnosed two years ago, and is doing great.
I feel like Joy does, hopeful that his daughters will now wake up and act like real people.
