No it's not - that's a load of shit. The average Palestinian is not doing this. These are deranged religious zealots. They recruit kids and mentally challenged people to do their dirtywork. Sick.
The Palestinian Authority should just declare war on Israel if conditions are so bad... oh yeah, it's not the Palistinian Authority doing this so I guess things aren't really that bad (though they turn a blind eye, can't control it, and even encourage it). These are irrational people blinded by religious hatred - there is no excuse for their sick actions.
