Probably owned by a wealthy JW who is able to write-off his fishing trip on his taxes by "donating" it's use to WTS for "zone visits" in Alaska. Seems like there was well-to-do lawyer or engineer brother from somewhere in the midwest US (Chicago?) who also had home in Alaska and owned nice private place which he frequently used to shuttle around WT brass. Qualified as HIGH END Green Handshake.
