jgnat! i was just surfing around the site and found your welcome to me on this latest page of your post.
thanks for that welcome. also, the information IS at first overwhelming. however, for me my fader course of the last 6 or so years (started on it in b) concluded enough in my mind and heart already that landing for the first time on this site is more support than revelation. i've realized i'm not nearly as alone as i thought and am grateful for this.
i think i'd never heard of coc before this site, picked it up last fri and have just a few pages left. it was disturbing to say the least as i have gone between all the emotions at being deceived and am just plain emotionally wrecked right now. it really rips me that having such a well written, reasonably sounding 'apostate' book could get me into big trouble and ruin at least the family-association side of my life - what a crock!
i guess i better save any more of my experience for a new post or something - i just wanted to thank everyone for all the available info
