We just sent an email to Kim about it so we'll keep everyone posted but since the attorney officially represents her, it's up to Kim to decide if she wants the attorney to check into it, etc. Anyway, she or I will keep you all in the loop as to what's what, thanks for checking on that in the meantime!

My guess is that the court has dismissed it. But we will see.
Thanks again to DerekMoors, Inna, and Kim for pursuing this. I wonder how Evans will justify his lack of action on the case, when he spoke of it as being the most important thing to him (since Kim's betrayal was the worst thing that ever happened to him!). Three people from around the world managed to get more done in a few weeks than he got done in two years.

What’s amazing about this is about who DIDN’T file anything. He knew Kim gave a Croatian lawyer power of attorney a few weeks back, has known about the docs being released for a week, and has done NOTHING. No motion for the court to consider evidence about to be filed, essentially nothing that would give the court pause before wrapping this case up.
It’s like he’s given up on this case completely, even though he’s still going on about criminal defendants.

This coming from a guy that had not one but 2 JW judicials commitee, where on the first one he had to tell 3 "adolph elders" in details, is sexual privates life..😳. oh right ...look who I'm talking about . He must have looooooved this! bragging about all that , then , making sure to minimizing the hole thing as something perfectly normal , blaming his wife , his parents, the cult of course, saying that every JW men watch porn , it's just that he got caught and now he's not ashamed to admit it ,cause he's so honest...then there was the other J.C. in croatia for? with the bethel ? I forgot his JW title ,anyway , my point is , but all that is nothing compare to what a "Women ", well 2 actually ,funny how he hardly talk about producer bob , anyway , but when it comes to Kim, he goes bonkers.
I saw the comments some of his devout subs.left him on Youtube . Some of them are really "cray cray", trying to be polite here, Don't know why but I always thought that one of these days ,he will rub one of them the wrong way , and that person , like you say in english , will go straight to the jugular and what Kim did will be nothing compared to what that die hard lloydian . "might" do to him and his precious "Legacy ". anyway just a thought...
