I'm working as a tire installer for the Parish of Jefferson in the state of Louisiana. It takes a lot of effort to keep New Orleans and it's surrounding parishes (like Jefferson) from being completely submerged by all the water surrounding it. Those bodies of water include the Mississippi River Delta and the 24 mile wide Lake Ponchartrain. When one of those big, huge enormous earthmovers or other machinery they use get flats, guess who they call.
