  So you don't have to tell me about sucking it up and making the best of it and getting a job done. Been doing that for close to 30 years now.

  mrsjones, you are one strong womyn (I already knew that, but just sayin').

  And "sucking it up" doesn't stop at menopause.

  I had a boss back in the 90s, who was going through menopause and having extreme hot flashes. I don't know how she did it, what with wearing business suits, working 50-60 hours a week. She would literally pour with sweat when she got one.

  Now, I've been there, almost through that stage. I admire her even more!

  (ack, ack, ack - all this talk is givin' me a hot flash *swoons* lol)
