I knew of a handful (which is too many) that were molested by a Jehovah's Witness. It was not typical in my experience. What about you???

Yes, one of the young elders in my last hall was molesting a number of the pre-teen girls. He was disfellowshipped and then committed suicide the night before his sentencing.

Yes! To the credit of the BOE the CO, appeal committee and the branch the situation was properly dealt with. The authorities were involved and the offender was disfellowshipped. When the guy asked for reinstatement he was told by the CO that it was unlikely he would ever be readmitted to the congregation.

Yes. I know of two "brothers" in this area that are child molesters, and both are still attending meetings, and in good standing so far as I know.
