I've had a couple of classics in the past, like a '63 Thunderbird that I sold for $500. I think this might be another one. I think I want to keep it and maybe replace the engine at 300,000 miles.

freyd, What's the payoff, for whom? The man or woman? I think each person has to define the payoff for himself/herself. Some women do want the financial security, but I wouldn't make a sweeping generalization stating that's what ALL women are looking for. (I'm financially secure, so that's not of utmost important to me.)
