Just signing in to say I'll be winding my way to this across the US and briefly Canada from around the 10th July sightseeing. Will probably start another thread at some point to see if anyone has anything not to be missed on my journey. Can't Wait.

Doggone it! Looks like I'm going to miss you as I will be doing a tour of the Scandinavian Capitals. I'll be ending in London about the time that you are hitting Dallas. Don't know if I'll make the north west coast yet, but yes, I'll be at Englishman's on the 8th!
