some friends are like a holiday a favorite pair of shoes the scratching post for kitten fingers to caress some friends can really wear you out with their whinging and their blues yet more or less - not worse than all the rest.

Many of my best friends are total jw's. I'm working on them and they actually listen when I show them shit that undermines jw teachings and policy! I got them to thinkin' at least. But best of all they're still my friends and would do anything for me and I for them! I can't conceive of going thru life without friends!

i have been sad to see so many groups and individuals say that the cause of these events are the mental status of the shooters.
i have looked over the backgrounds of these shooters, and few had medically identified mental health issues.
it is too easy to think that people shoot or kill other people because they are mentally ill.. actually, many or most people with real mental illnesses are most likely to be the victims of others.. i have been a volunteer with the organization called nami (national alliance of mental lillness) for 25 years now.
Too many fu*king guns available! The FACTS show that other countries with stricter gun control don't have this 'mass killing' issue. I'm not against having guns or rifles just too many and the type that are available to nearly anyone. Unless you have been affected by gun violence it probably will nt make a difference!

How can anyone have something that doesn't exist? I mean really, anyone can claim that they have been infused with holy spirit--right? In fact, I truly believe that holy spirit moved me to write this post!

1.the first is 2 cor.4:4 that satan is "the god of this system of things" to blind the minds of the unbelievers etc.. so logically this "system of things" would mean the governments ,politicians, armed forces and law enforcement agency`s such as the police would it not?
so satan is in control of all of these under the banner of being the god of this system of things.?.
2. rom.13: 1-7 " let every soul be in subjection to the superior authorities for their is no authority except by god".
Ain't it absolutely amazin' how the wt organization can use a strategically placed simple punctuation point like a comma,,,, or a simple word like "relative" and change the whole meaning of the bible? They are just masterful!

James 4:7 "Therefore, subject yourselves to God; but oppose the Devil, and he will flee from you"
So Christians are to oppose the devil but be in subjection to his minions?

last night was the co's visit.
prior to his part, an elder had a part on following theocratic direction.
it was about our congregation being deleted (there are 2 sharing this hall) and the people and territory being divided up to the 4 other surrounding ones.. they say it is not about numbers but about making best use of resources.
I don't really care! But feel sorry for those that do!
