Not only paradise on earth but apparently underwater too..
'The Great White Shark will live with the starfish, the Mako will lie down with the eel, the seal and the sea-anemone and the crabs together; and a little child will lead them..'
i am writing this in the hopes that it may help someone in a debate.
i personally have not had a chance to discuss it with anyone but that is true for most other topics.
i think is a good one to analyze.

at the australian royal commission (yes, that again), watchtower rock star pope, his holiness wacko jacko was asked by angus (my new hero) stewart the following:.
angus stewart q. and do you see yourselves as jehovah god's spokespeople on earth?
his holiness replied: a. that i think, would seem to be quite presumptuous to say that we are the only spokesperson that god is using.
my mother is old enough that i don't want to burst her bubble by telling her ttatt.
i keep my mouth shut about what i know so that i can continue to have a relationship with her.
my father died a few years back and i would love to see her marry again.
not sure if anything will come of this.
but i signed it.. https://www.change.org/p/united-states-attorney-general-investigate-the-watchtower-society-of-jehovah-s-witnesses-re-child-sexual-abuse?recruiter=363165656&utm_source=share_petition&utm_medium=copylink.
after reading the answers of geoffrey jackson before the rc, answers like "it is not my field", we may infer that it is possible that this guy is just a puppet in the governing body.
for instance, raymond franz reported in his books that some of the members of the gb of his time were simply followers of what fred franz thought.
so, during a decision, if freddy said some thing, many of the members would vote following him.
(My other comment applies here too..)
Based on GJ's wishy washy weak response maybe he too will be kicked out like Raymond Franz was with the remaining 6 self appointed fibbers saying:
"It is us 6 who are the actual faithful and discreet slave.. Geoff was an apostate"
Followed shortly by the release of this new best seller..

Idiotic thread.
"Can't think of what to hate about JWs today, so I'll say that life forever in a paradise on earth would suck."
That in itself is an idiotic statement.
What people are talking about is not a paradise on earth.. but rather the Watchtowers version of a bleached clean plastic 1940's eurocentric cartoon Mickey Mouse world populated by manakin zombie dolls.
i remember a little over 15 years ago, one of my first jobs at a grocery store, the manager was happy that they passed a new policy allowing them to grow a beard.
previously they were not allowed.
among the usa, i guess beards were considered not very professional still.
Not sure about beards.. but brooms and mops certainly are one of the great privileges you will be awarded and trained in the use of. Something about "being completely equipped for every good cleaning job".
... and it bumped into a concrete wall.
you know what he said?.
"dam!
What do you call a sleepwalking nun? A roamin' Catholic..
How do you make Holy water? Boil the hell out of it.
i have found an article on their website that moved me to contact them.
i share it here hoping more will contact in a similar vein and maybe we can raise awareness and tear down this propaganda.
i'm writing regarding an article about jehovah's witnesses and their blood transfusion doctrine, found here:http://tinyurl.com/pxku9dgit is clear to me, reading this article, that it's writer is either profoundly ignorant or profoundly biased.
She's obviously pro-witness..
here's john oliver's take on how easy it is for religions to fleece vulnerable people in the us.
i had a few good laughs, but it's seriously disturbing at the same time.
read the article, but don't miss the video, it's hilarious.. john oliver sets up his new church.
