  Hi punk ,regarding the name Jehovah for GOD the 1st edition of "Aid To Bible Understanding" admitted that the name Jehovah may not be the correct pronunciation of his name but it is the most popular name in use today " unquote .

  The most popular name in use today by whom I ask ? They are referring to christendom and Bible commentators of course.! Who else would be using that name ?

  So it isn`t the most accurate name for GOD the GB were concerned with it was the most popular name that was used ,and they went with that .

  The Jerusalem Bible a Catholic Bible returned to the use of the historical name Yahweh as the name of God in the Old Testament, rendered as such in 6,823 places within this translation.

  w08 5/15 p. 15 par. 14 - Jehovah has also purposed that 144,000 anointed Christians be taken from the earth and raised to heavenly life as Christ’s joint heirs associated with him in administering earth’s affairs.

  Either Jehovah think`s Jesus isn`t quite up to it and not capable of doing a good job or he knows it, but isn`t 144000 human helpers a bit over the top ?

  Overlapping Generation

  the september 2015 broadcast had david splane explain matthew 24:34 “truly, i say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place”.

  his explanation of this scripture was by means of a chart to indicate an overlapping generation.. .

  no scripture was used to show the overlapping generation concept, and as a result it makes no sense.. to illustrate how crazy this concept is, look at the lyrics of the song my generation.. my generation.

  15 years ago there were 5 congregations now there is only one and it is still struggling.

  congregations closing their doors doesn’t mean business is good.

  it looks like this last one to fold had no young witnesses, they either left the religion or moved.

  And it also entails not telling what an adversary wants to know if it means a disadvantage what you dont want them to know ?

  Hiding or withholding certain information that is going to embarrass what WT / GB teaches.

  It is OK to withhold certain information from opposers if they could use that against the

  "truth" of what Jehovah`s Witnesses teach.

  An Anti-Aging Pill ( Maybe)

  various researchers a have been looking for an anti-aging pill based on the assumption that, if you can maintain a higher.

  level of various endogenous anti-oxidants ( catalase, sod, etc), you could probably slow down the aging process.

  i am posting this because i know there are many people that have had experiences that cannot be explained by natural means.

  i am a ghost hunter, as a hobby.

  my hobby is to disprove ghosts.

  While I dont beleive in ghost`s a spirit or soul of a deceased person I can acknowledge that some strange phenomen can occur and I`m not quite sure why some people assume it must be because of the activity of a ghost ?

  There can be other unworldy mysterious explanations that account for what has happened .?

  It doesnt have to be because of ghosts.

  That could a subject for another discussion.
