what was your kingdom hall like when it came to overweight witnesses?
i remember counseling some people on their drinking habits.
a few snickered that if we were going to counsel them because they have had way too many at a wedding reception, what about very overweight witnesses that have a lifestyle of overindulgence?
Jeeeeezz minimus you would have been DF from the last congregation I was in , we all liked to drink . The Elders and MS as I was loved having get togethers and going out to restuarants especially after a Sunday meeting.
We consumed a lot of alcohol but I never saw anyone visibly drunk .A few of us regularly drank at hotels also .
What I mean by that is a couple of drinks on any given day and the rest at home or at a friends place.
jesus: "so that is why you all get sick and die, because adam and eve grabbed an apple from the tree that god told them not to.".
a man from the crowd: "but why are we punished for something we didn't do, we don't even know that man and woman, that was thousands of years ago!".

According to the GB of JW`s Jesus should never have gone with Satan up the Mountain for 40 days and nights ?
What were they doing up there all that time ? Satan is an apostate and Jesus should be brought before a judicial committee .
For that matter Jehovah God should be rebuked for allowing Satan to come and go as he pleased before his throne for thousands of years before kicking him out of Heaven.
And lastly their are millions if not billions of Galaxy`s and planets throughout the Universe where he could have sent Satan ,why send him down to earth to cause more harm ?
God`s got to answer some serious questions here.

sorry if i shouldn't be posting this, i am not jw however i have had past experiences with jw's and was learning a lot about the religion, in hopes to convert one day.
it all ended suddenly and i guess i feel guilty for not learning more, i would get scared at the thought of bible studies and discussions in case it brought back memories.
i was looking for any advice on the best ways i can find out more please.
Your not a Jehovah`s Witness ? Stay that way and live your life to the full under your terms and nobody else`s .
how could he be, regardless of how god impregnated mary, as she was a sinful human just like the rest of us according to the bible.. mary was subjected to the adamic sin like all other humans, so jesus had to at least be part sinner himself.. to believe otherwise is just deluding oneself imho .. the only way jesus could have been really without sin is if god created him the same way he created adam.. what do you think ?

i’ve been trying to find any recent quotes that say the increase in witnesses every year is evidence of jehovah’s blessing on the organisation.. i know the ready made excuse if there is a decrease is “love of greater number will cool off”….
after splanes talk i can feel a significant decrease coming..
If an increase equals Jehovah`s blessing ,then he must be blessing Islam / Muslims.
i know several wit-lesses that to date are researching these topics.. however i haven't heard much from any publications recently about it, i think the latest refresh was ~10 years ago.
since then the power of the us has severely diminished (or at least the rhetorics about it has), russia is a small potato in modern era, the eu is a cowardly dog in the eyes of everyone and we have the rise of china which is as far as military might is concerned, a paper tiger.. we also have the rise of islam, especially since the end of the nato nation-building effort in afghanistan which is now in power in most of the middle east and africa, as well as regions of asia and growing strong in europe.. does anyone have noooo light about these developments.

Isn`t prophecying about the KOTN & the KOTS and what the supposed Eighth king is going to do speculating in politics ?
Could their stand in times past challenging the legal systems rulings be constituted as taking a stand against the Superiour Authorities according to Rom.13 ? The political /Judicial Systems.? That are in place ?
While I like to see more discussion on what the WT religion is doing and where it is heading I do see that politics has some relevance here as do other subjects such as sexuality ,racism , and even whether we are alone in the Universe .
Because one way or another they are all related to the Bible and Religion of one form or another.

I`d like to know what planet the Corona-Virus deniers are on ,because I`m sure I`m not on the same planet as they are.
I`m 82 years old and have had my first Astrazeneca jab and will have my second jab on the 9 sept..
Neither my wife or myself had any side effects with the first jab and hopefully wont have any with the second one.
But then again if you never hear from me again after the 9 Sept ,it`s been nice knowing you all.
