Jehovah is now reaching out to the deaf via the cart work
by ShirleyW inthis week i saw a cart in the subway station, but in front of the rags they had a tablet showing a video.
the video was of a guy doing sign language and i bet my bottom dollar it's the same guy that did the ever popular "don't yank the wank" video.
when i first noticed it i actually thought they were showing that video, but that guy is so over the top with his signing, but i didn't see him signing the actual wank part from the other video.

My 5 year old can wash herself now but needs supervision. I still do her hair though.

The Organizations obsession with image.
by BourneIdentity inas we all know, the highest priority or concern in the religion isn’t about adhering to god’s word or obeying jehovah and jesus, but rather the image of the organization and all its members.
just yesterday there was a talk where the brother stated how important it is to keep our homes clean, yards free of junk piling up and cars clean, because it could possibly detract from the message.
besides those things he mentioned, they want all males to never grow a beard or goatee.

Watchtower hires off-duty law enforcement
by Diogenesister inan indignant law enforcement officer wrote kim & mikey to let them know watchtower had placed an advertisement on a facebook page dedicated to law enforcement staff only, looking to hire a fully uniformed and armed officer at $35 per hour.
the commission was for the memorial in a specified texan venue.. the officer was particularly miffed at the hypocrisy considering the terrible way law enforcement was portrayed in the 2018 convention video, where the jws had been herded into a field to be slaughtered by a large group of officers.

You can hire police here in the uk, but the process is way way more burocratic then a facebook ad.

Financial Branch Meeting Video Leak

my dad says he wants to see it with his own eyes since it says many things about why they really got rid of so many kingdom halls and simplification of literature (such as magazine reduction).. i miss the leaks like that because you can't argue with your own peoples material.

I dont like that apprach but i commend his dedication. But all hes done is most likely give them all a buzz thinking about the persecution.
My thoughys echo the others. Half empty hall, mostly elderly... i can imagine numbers dramaticaly falling over mext 15-20 years as the old ones run out of time waiting for the new system.
