I can see where his description of post-disfellowshippings/DAs situations could apply in a close knit family, with a minor living at home, but not to all JWs, as he clearly spoke,
Example: there was a young teenage baptism experience here, where the kid was moved to dedication by the closeness of the overlapping generation's end., but if he would now be agitating in the congregation, when he found out, that wt really opened a way to 2075 and beyond, that would be disrupting the dozing congregation, The Elders would really shut the spiritual family conversation down, for fear the truth would spread.

That is a despicable lie. In one of the last midweek meetings, a video was shown, where a mother is commended for not answering a disfellowshipped daughter's dialing her mother. According to this lawyer, the mother should have answered, because how did she know that her daughter did not have bible question? or perhaps wanted to tell her mother that her grandchild had died?

Very odd for a person that has not seen 1975 to be concerned about the overlapping generation.
A typical overlapping generation member as exemplified by Frederick Franz & successor is not "--getting up there in years.--", and would be only ~ 46 years old today. That teenage pioneer is well placed to see the 2075 centennial happening, when the date for Franz's newer candidate comes to pack in.

there is much more emphasis placed on parents to get their own children baptized rather than focusing on bible students.
they try to impress on others the need for urgency.
