  The commentator twisted the words of Jackson, who said nobody will be ALLOWED to sin, whereas the comment dealt with the idea they will be UNABLE to sin. toward the end he used the words interchangeably.

  wt old light mis applied the Isaia 65 wt idea, that the centenarian sinner will die looking perfect, like a young boy, to refer to evil doer in the millenium facing execution. . ( new light is, that Isaiah 65 applies to the returned exiles only.)

  BTW: I found it always odd, that people could sin with impunity all this life, fearing no consequences any more than a new born baby dying, or any lifelong devout blameless do gooder.

  Geoffrey Jackson- soliciting?

  i listened to geoffrey jackson’s latest talk “assisting our brothers materially “.

  jackson presented some arguments, one of which was….jesus did not stop the widow from putting money in the contribution box in the temple.

  basically saying regardless of your financial situation you have to donate.

  mbd: It has to be understood, that Jesus is reported to have almost in the same breath condemned the then only God- approved system of worship to destruction.
  

  the message: even if we fail, are going to go, and you disapprove, or we are condemned,

  Jesus wants you to give. even it appears to be illogical. Even if it bankrupts you.

  2020’s are already a Train Wreck for JW ORG

  as the title says, we are nearly at the end of the 2nd year of the 2020’s, and already jw org is not only a car crash, but an absolute train wreck.. i’ve watched the annual meeting 2021 already, and it seems the gb are in fighting, morris openly disagreeing with lett, that is massive, and it’s something that has largely not been commented on by this community.

  covid-19 is not going anywhere, any trial meetings will surely be shut down, now omicron is doing the rounds.. it looks highly likely we will see a second negative growth year.

  “young ones” are waking up by the masses.

  Your math may be rough for conversation only, but you cant just subtract 20 year overlap. They need to be annointed AND overlap. The likelihood that a 20yo is anointed is low.

  My calculations, posted multiples times here, and ignored as too nerdy, are based on the remarks by David Splane on the famous chart video.

  He cited Fredrik Franz as the gold standard of underlapper, overlapper groupy partakers.

  F.F was ~ 20 in 1914, anointed ( most christians in that era were anointed at baptism, perhaps still are ***, not at the memorial btw) and died in 1992 after ~ 80 years of "service". now:

  David Splane mentioned that there exist no doubt older, longer serving partakers worldwide ( this is not about GB warm buddies only, but involves the count of all the last generation of thousands of partakers/ anointed) so:

  Frederick F gets us to 1992 , his modern day alter ego to (>1992+>80) = > 2072, David's supposed supercentenarians easily to 2075.

  allowing for a few month (for fight training, cum bridal affairs) between the rapture of the the parting partaker, at the beginning of the GT, and the combat in heaven at the BoA. so,

  taking the good man, DS at his good word, 2075 it is. with anniversary celebrations still allowed by wt :

  happy centennial .

  ***likelihood of finding male virgins among the young is greater Rev. 14.

  GB: including that our modern day experience with acute detection devices is totally void of any of the features of the bible, aka "talking snake story".

  If a possible creator would want to prove his identity: now is the time to produce extraordinary effects***. Miracles, not just stories.

  paper is patient. i pads too.

  As the parable of sheep and goats shows some of these 7 billion will have the opportunity to hear the gospel and they will be placed either to the right or the left of Jesus when He does the judgement.

  GB. the bible does not say that. The approved ones are doers of true. humanitarian deeds, not preaching drones of wt inc. and:

  There was no universe before the big bang, only eternal uncreatable energy and eternal time for energy to exist in. In the Big beginning some energy was changed into matter, and 3D space was created to hang the material into. For the human family, fighting is not a good survival strategy. hopefully the remote father of it all will see to that.

  R: Yeah, A. Morris, in a sober moment or two, doing the math on the overlapping groups of the 1914 generation:

  2 centenarian + partakers, older than "Frederick the great" Franz (quoting D. Splane), overlapping by 20 years each. . 201- (2x20) =161 + 1914 = 2075, plenty of time to age whiskey, and raise a glass to the centennial.

  Recent Annual Meeting - Asking for Clarification

  would someone in the know please clarify for me some alleged comments given from the governing body at the recent/yet to be streamed for the rank and file annual meeting?.

  it is my understanding that samuel herd basically tells the rank and file that old light is new light and the new light of july, 2013 is now old light.

  to be specific, herd states that the official stance on whether or not the annointed remaining on earth, to include the governing body, will all be in heaven prior to armageddon.. at this same annual meeting tony morris iii tells those in attendance that stephen letts' statement that "we're living in the final part of the last days, undoubtedly the final part of the final part of the last days!

  It was a lot of gaslighting. the really big elephant in the room is , that the concept of the partakers going to heaven before the end , to fight and kill as "immoral" fighters is:

  Jesus said, that the generation ( wt anointed) will pass away after the end, not until all these things have occurred, like the apostle John, who survived the end (of Jerusalem),

  One must feel sorry for them in that predicament, believing and proclaiming, that wt leadership is so essential for salvation.
